Jobscheduler in file:
/usr/share/ortro/bin/crontab.php (perhaps there is missing an addtional include path pointing to /etc/ortro)

require_once '/etc/ortro/init.inc.php';
..
and
cd /usr/share/ortro
ln -s /var/log/ortro/ log
because /usr/share/ortro/log is not created by the packet.
